Business: It is the economic activity which is undertaken to earn profit by exchanging goods and services. Businesses can be privately owned. There are three main legal forms a business can take: sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporation.
Job: Jobs are basically performed by the employees on the similar functions which match with their qualifications in the exchange of incentives (monetary or non- monetary).
The difference between the business and job is:
· Job comes with little to no financial risk whereas business involves a much greater risk.
· In times of financial crisis in business, one can also end up losing their personal assets whereas the one with a job can always enjoy the satisfaction of going home and live on its savings for time being.
· The best example I took from the current situation is the lockdown as all the companies are closed but still according to the government guidelines the employees are getting their salary and benefits. But in case of business, the owner can not earn the profit.
· It is true that business earns more profit in comparison of jobs so people get more excited to be the owner rather than working in the company as an employee.
According to me, both business and jobs are different and it depends on the mindset of the person and on the personality of an individual too. If a person is a risk taker he/she can go for a business but if he/she wants to enjoy the benefits with less risk can do the job matching with their interest and qualification.
