Why we should meditate/exercise every day








Meditation is a practice to focus on your breath and relaxing your whole body. 

Exercises are the activities carried out to improve our health and keeping our body fit. 

Exercise and Meditation both play an important role to keep a person healthy. 

There are many benefits of exercise and meditation: 

1. Stress Management: Meditation helps in managing the stress. As, stress at workplace is very common due to long working hours, changes in duties, heavy workload etc. So it is essential to manage the stress of employees working in an organization and many organizations are taking various steps by integrating meditation into daily life. 

2. Control Anxiety: Exercises and meditation helps in controlling anxiety by making you more aware of the current experience and helping you in moving forward when it feels like you're stuck. 

3. Helps in controlling Overwhelming Emotions: If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, a simple breathing in and out three or four times can help you calming down. As meditation helps in making difference between responding and reacting. 

4. Helps you in keeping your body fit: Exercises help in controlling the weight of the body and making it more attractive and beautiful. 

5. Improve your mental health and mood: During exercise, your body releases chemicals that can improve your mood and make you feel more relaxed. It control your mood swings and keeps you happier. 

6. Improve your sleep: Exercise can help you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. And also relax our mind. 

7. Improves decision making: Meditation help in focusing and making decisions more actively. 

8. Increases patience and tolerance: Meditation helps in increasing patience and the tolerance power of the person. 

9. Increases creativity: Meditation helps our mind in thinking out of the box.

10. Helps in self management: Exercises and meditation helps us in living well-balanced life by managing it and planning it properly.
